Saraswati Shikshan Sadan Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya, Sri Ganganagar was established by Saraswati Shikshan Sadan Educational Group's Managing Director Dr. Balraj Jakhar in the year 2006-2007.
The institute was affiliated with Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner (Raj.). No objection certificate has been issued by Government of Rajasthan (letter no. F/NRC/NCTE/F-7/RJ-378/3971).The National council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has granted recognition to the college on dated August 07, 2006 With in take of 100 seats. The premise on to increase the seats form 100 to 200 was grouted by NCTE (letter no. F.NRC-7/RJ-1486/2006/50317) on dated May 14, 2008.
